Ordering goods

The online store accepts your orders 24/7, but processes them from 9:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday. 

When ordering goods, you can use delivery services or pick up the goods from the warehouse yourself.

Ordering method #1 - online order:

We will contact you on the day of the order or the next day (if the order was made after 18:00). If you made an order on a weekend, we will call you on Monday. During the phone conversation, we will confirm your order and agree on the delivery time at the specified address.

Delivery of goods

Delivery by Nova Poshta to the branch, courier address delivery. Pickup from the warehouse.

Payment

Online card payment, non-cash payment for legal entities and individuals with (without) VAT according to the bank details specified in the invoice.
