Return and Exchange Policy

We strive to make every purchase at MWM Dnipro successful, but we understand that sometimes a product may not fit. You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of purchase if it has not been used and its commercial appearance is preserved.

1. Main conditions for return

To make the procedure quick, make sure that:

• No more than 14 days have passed since the date of receipt of the goods.
• The product has not been used and has no signs of operation (scratches, chips, scuffs).
• The complete set, integrity of the packaging, labels and factory markings are fully preserved.
• You have a document confirming the purchase (receipt, invoice or Nova Poshta waybill).

2. Which products are not subject to return?

According to current legislation, products made to individual order, as well as consumables that have already been used, are not subject to return.

3. How to arrange a return?

• Contact us: Call the number indicated in the contacts or write to us by mail to warn about the return.
• Shipping the goods: Send the goods by courier service (Nova Poshta) or bring them to our office in Dnipro.
• Please note: Transportation costs for returning goods of proper quality are paid by the buyer. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we pay for delivery.
• Inspection: After receiving the goods, our technical department checks their condition within 1–3 working days.

4. Refund

Money is returned in the same way the payment was made:

• To a bank card (within 3–7 working days after checking the goods).
• To a current account (for legal entities).
