Features

The steel bodies of circular saw blades undergo a four-stage heat treatment, whereas other manufacturers typically use only one. As a result, internal stresses are formed in the blades, creating a structural strength framework that significantly increases its resistance and stability.
After the body is cut on a laser machine, the saw blades are additionally ground to reduce thickness variation to 0.03 mm. A perfectly crafted saw blade body with high rigidity is essential for the blade to run straight and ensure perfect cutting quality;
Board Pro series circular saw blades feature specially shaped laser slots (MS-P) injected with polymer under pressure, which effectively dampens lateral blade vibrations occurring during operation, making the saws low-noise.
The special tungsten carbide exclusively used by Kanefusa was developed in cooperation with a leading carbide manufacturer in Japan.
The carbide features a fine-crystalline structure and is manufactured in a uniform process that allows for a very small number of clusters.
