CNC Drilling center Nanxing Nanxing ND712D with two upper drilling groups

Purpose

The Nanxing ND712D CNC drilling center is designed for high-precision drilling of holes in furniture parts from six sides, milling of curved and straight grooves from the top and bottom of parts, as well as processing parts of various complexity in one setup, which meets the requirements of complex production.

The machine is equipped with

- Two work zones
- Two automatic clamps with automatic air blow in the gripping area, two drilling groups, a milling spindle on the upper processing unit.
- One drilling group and a milling spindle on the lower processing unit.
- The layout of the drilling groups allows for simultaneous mirror processing.
- Precise movement of each axis is ensured by high-quality servo motors.
- Controlled gates on the aspiration nozzles, a centralized lubrication system, quick-release covers on the drilling heads, duplication of control buttons, air blow of the table working area, optical sensors, a central rectangular positioning stop, and a length measuring sensor.
- SYNTEC control system with PCDrillCAM software.

Application area

It is used in productions of any level where increased flexibility and at the same time high productivity are required. These machines do not require reconfiguration for each part — it is enough to select a program and install the workpiece. A library of various drilling maps is created in the memory, and the machine can work in flow mode without reconfigurations.
