Circular saw blade with a special PVD coating several microns thick, which provides the cutting part of the saw blade with high surface hardness. This layer is characterized by a low coefficient of thermal conductivity, which reduces the effect of temperature on structural changes in the saw blade material. It also allows reducing the coefficient of friction during machining. These features make it possible to increase the processing speed of products and the wear resistance of the tool.

Technical parameters:

surface hardness – 2200-2400 HV;
oxidation temperature – 520 °C;
coefficient of friction – 0.55.

medium hardness steels;
hard steels;
profiles, pipes, etc. used in the furniture industry;
mixed steel and plastic components;
biomedical materials and alloys.

Do not use for copper, brass, bronze.
